Fleet Logistics Coordinator

• How will you be contributing to Splend? The role and opportunity.
  We have ambitious targets to acquire new vehicles into our fleet and get them utilised by customers. Our Fleet Logistics Coordinator will help us achieve these by ensuring our vehicles are made available to customers via various product lines (i.e. they're cleaned, serviced, damage assessed and have up-to-date documents).
• You'll be responsible for ensuring all vehicles are serviced on time and have the necessary works completed.
• Update Service Job Cards on Splend's In-House system
• Working with the Fleet team on warranty matters, speaking with dealerships and following-up on warranty repairs to reduce VOR
• Coordinating vehicles for de-fleet (sale preparation)
• Receiving and preparing new vehicles (to onsite and off-site storage). Shuttle vehicles to and from dealerships and other specified locations.
• Control cars that are on-site at the London Hub, ensuring our hub carpark is neat and tidy
• Organise cars to be clean and ready to rent. This may mean physically cleaning cars if our team requires support.
• Work with smash repairers to get the cars repaired as quick as possible
• Help with vehicle licensing (TFL) and MOT to make sure all vehicles comply
• Fit Geo tab telematics trackers to all new vehicles and replace any faulty units as they occur
• Managing vehicle servicing stock with the workshop Technician
• Stock reports and Geo tab reports
• Labelling new keys and spare keys, and taking control of key storage (off-site)
  
  To Succeed, You'll
  
• Be looking for a London-based role, and you'll be comfortable with being 100% office based
• Be organised enough to take care of stock control, logistics, fleet or related industry experience
• Have intermediate level computer skills, ideally including Excel and Fleet Management Systems
• Have a full and clean driving licence
• Have a mechanical aptitude or a reasonable understanding of motor vehicles
• Be able to multitask and work on own initiative
• Show attention to detail
