Head of Product - Platform and Infrastructure (m/f/d)

 We are looking to fill the position of Head of Product - Platform and Infrastructure. As such, you will lead the team responsible for maintaining and developing our core platform and ad serving infrastructure services. This includes stakeholder management, feature exploration and implementation as well as planning quarterly roadmaps on the basis of our product vision and strategy. SHG is a rapidly growing business, both organically and through M&As. Closely connected is the ongoing synchronization and harmonization of the different parts of our tech stack and integration of new components in alignment with the company strategy, core stakeholders and marketing efforts.
Stakeholder management

• Competitor analysis and client interviews
• Contribute to product vision and strategy, compile and execute quarterly roadmaps
• Lead the platform harmonization and development processes
• Align stakeholders (supply sales, content sales, media sales, operations) and harmonize requirements
• Plan and manage development sprints together with the IT team
• handover released features to business owners and product marketing for post-release management
• Product documentation and education
  

Your Profile

• Strong communication, organizational and team management skillset
• Distinctive commercial and market driven mindset (market/customer-centric product management)
• Strong technical understanding of software engineering requirements and processes
• 5+ years of experience in product management, platform design and development
• Experience with working in agile environments/with Scrum
• Experience in working with multiple cross-departmental stakeholders
• Experience with ad servers/ad delivery/real-time bidding is a plus
• Fluent in English; German/Italian/Russian is a plus
